Steinberg software uses its own JRE, so it requires its own certificate installation.

Go to this path

   "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\Download Assistant\runtime\lib\security\cacerts"

Open the cacerts file using the KeyStore Explorer software and import the certificate. Here are instructions.

Sometimes the software will reinstall everything, including the certificate file so they will have to perform the operation again after the initial installation.
